I have a Windows Vista PC and it was recognised instantly. The driver software took about 1 minute to install. It has worked faultlessley ever since.
The only bad things (and they are tiny) is that everytime you unlpug it tends to reinstall the driver software, it gets very hot and it was a bit over packaged but to be honest I am clutching at straws here its well worth the money.

Bought it to replace a (neater) Belkin dongle that unfortunately wouldn’t play with the Linpus on my Acer Aspire One. This one does. Once you’ve gone through the arcane process of setting up Bluetooth on the machine and persuading dial-up networking to function, this dongle just sits there and does what you want it to. I wish it didn’t stick out quite so far, however.

Great little product , worked first time and has kept on working since use for Sync.. my moble phone. The small size has a great advantage as I can put into the front usb port of my pc and is hardly noticeable.

Have a Sony Vaio with Vista.
Plug this dongle in and Windows cant find a suitable driver.
As there is no software/disc supplied with the adaptor it is completely unusable.
