If you are planning to replace your original Iphone headset, then please don’t buy it!
While it says in the product description that it could be used for iPhone but the problem is there is no built-in microphone and hence you can’t completely replace the original iPhone headset. Please don’t make the same mistake I made and may be go for Sennheiser MM50 series.

I thought the price was too good to be true! I ordered these to replace my Apple ones that my son borrowed! They arrived promptly and in perfect order but the sound quality was very disappointing. Too tinny with no depth, tried various Equaliser settings on the ipod but to no avail. Swapped them with my `borrowed’ Apple ones so I’m now happy but I now have an unhappy teenager who also says the sound is poor. This brand is usually good but this model certainly is not worth the money.

The sennheiser cx300 headphones are ok but there are better headphones on the market like BOSE or GRADO labs sr60 which I have myself.

item purchased as christmas present so they have not been used yet. However they look great and Sennheiser has a good reputation so i am sure that they will prove to be a 1st class buy.

I was forced to buy some new ear phones after I managed to damage the cord on my old Senns. I thought I’d try these ones that actually go inside the ear canal as I thought they may help to reduce external noise but I have to say I’m very disappointed. Having got them comfortable in my ears with no problems at all I was very disappointed with the sound quality. It’s very tinny and the bass is barely there at all. I originally bought my first pair of Senns as the Apple ones that came with my ipod weren’t great. Changing some of the settings on my ipod mini helps a little but not much and I can’t use them at all with my shuffle as the tinniness is unbearable. The sound quality is very thin with no depth – maybe I should stick to big headphones…..
