its a good piece of kit for the money, though i do find that it can be difficult for the caller to hear you if your gointg at speed and occasionally you find yourself shouting, but for £30 it does the job

Have had to send this back for a refund as it was terrible. It connected when it felt like. Sound quality was pretty good and I could hear people faily well. But they struggled to hear me half of the time.

If you have a phone and drive a car, this is a must have gadget. The phone rings in your pocket, you flip down your sun-visor and say “Okay.” You speak to the person hands free, they hang up. You carry on driving with your licence intact! How simple is that?

I was initially very impressed with the design and ease of setup, however this specific unit proved unusable. No issues were found while in a quiet environment, but as soon as the car is in motion the person on the other side of the call can not hear much except noise. Tried several times with the same result, of course it could be a fault with the unit but decided to go for a refund.

I bought this to pair with an iPhone 3GS. Pairing the device was trouble free, and during calls I could hear the caller loud and clear. However everyone I have spoken to when using this device says that my voice cuts out, sounds distant and it is very difficult for them to hear what I’m saying. I drive a Coupé and when mounted onto the sunvisor the mic on the device is only 4-5 inches from my mouth, so I’m pretty disapointed with the performance. I’ve tried putting it in various positions in the car but none seem to improve matters. In fact, the best result I got was to mount the thing upside down on the visor so that mic is pointing towards the ceiling!?, but callers then tell me there’s an annoying echo whenever they speak back (despite the DSP echo cancellation feature). Consequently it’s going back for a refund.
